What To Know For Your Visit

Check-out time is 11 a.m.; and check-in time is 3 p.m.
You are welcome to arrive as early as you wish; however we cannot guarantee your accommodations will be available for occupancy until after 3 p.m.

Express Check-Out: 
You may call to check-out if you left a credit card on file during check-in.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: 

A deposit equaling 50% of your total stay is required to confirm your reservation. If you are scheduled for 1 night, your total stay is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations or modifications made to your reservation including changing dates, or reducing the length of stay inside 72 hours of arrival require forfeiture of total deposit amount. 

Failure to arrive on a confirmed reservation date will result in forfeiture of the total deposit amount. 

All cancellations must be processed via our reservation representatives, so please call the front desk. We do not accept cancellations via email. 

No refunds on deposits for unused portion of stay. 

We do not accept cancellations due to weather. 

Housekeeping Services:

As our guest, your comfort and privacy is of the upmost importance to us; therefore, our current stayover policy is in place to promote an uninterrupted stay and to give you, our guest, more options.

We offer a light-touch service after every 3rd night by request, which consists of replacing towels and emptying trash. 

After the 5th night of your stay, by request, we will replace your sheets, spotclean floors and your bathroom, replace towels and empty trash.

To request these services or to ask for additional towels, toiletries and linen, please call or stop by the front desk. 

 

Lodging and Package Rates:

Reservations may be subject to a minimum night stay requirement on holidays and peak season dates. 

Lodging and Package Rates may change without notice. 

Price points represent low season rates. Peak season rates start higher. 

Pet- Friendly Accommodations: 

Interested in brining a furry friend during your stay? Please make sure that you add-on your pet's stay at the time of booking to ensure pet-friendly accommodations. 

Our pet fee is $50/night/dog. This is a non-refunable fee that will be charged at check-out.

Please use the doorhanger provided at check-in to let our staff know that there is a dog in the room. 

Dogs must be 80lbs of less. 

Maximum of 3 dogs per room.

All dogs must be on a leash when in public spaces and outside. 

Dogs cannot be left unattended in guest room. 

Dogs are not permitted in our restaurants. To ensure that you are able to dine with us, we can deliver your order to your room using our room service ammenity. 

Dogs are not permitted on the furniture. 

Stayover service is upon request only, and will be performed once the dog is out of the room. 

There is a $250 cleaning fee that will be assessed for excessive damage or cleaning due having a pet in the room. 

Failure to comply with The Landmark Inn Pet Policy will result in cancellation of reservation and any applicable penalties/fees.

This City of Marquette has a city ordinance that states that all dogs must be on a leash in public. Owners who voilate the leash law could be ticketed.
