Policies

Guarantees: A guaranteed attendance for all our banquet meals is required at least three (3) working days prior to the event. The guarantee is the number for which you are responsible for paying, and is not subject to reduction. The Hotel will set up 5% over the final guaranteed figure; however, food is prepared for the guaranteed number only. You will also be responsible for anything over the guarantee.

Room Rentals: Every group using a banquet/meeting room will be assessed a room rental fee (see room rental rates).

Banquet Menus: The following policies must be adhered to in order for us to uphold our standards of excellence for your event:

All buffets must have a minimum of 30 guests for Breakfast, 30 guests for Lunch and 30 guests for Dinner.
In the event of a plated meal, we recommend a maximum of three choices. A guarantee for each entree must be provided three (3) working days prior to the event along with individual selections.
All food items must be supplied, prepared, and served by the Hotel. No food or beverages will be permitted to be brought into or be taken from the Hotel by the customer or any of the customer's guests due to State and local health regulations.
The Landmark Inn, as the licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. All Liquor, Beer, Wine and Beverages must be supplied and served by the Hotel.
All prices listed on any of our Banquet Menu's are subject to change without notice. Deposit on events is 25% of total food and beverage contract or $250.00 whichever is greater. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled with in 30 days prior to your event.
All prices, unless otherwise stated, are subject to 19% service charge and current Sales Tax. All prices are subject to change without notice; contract quotes are good for 90 days.

Meal Times: The Landmark Inn offers exquisite cuisine in a prompt and timely manner. In order to continue this policy, we must have at least one day's notice if your mealtime is to change. In addition the scheduled times reflected on the banquet event order should be adhered to, or the hotel cannot be responsible to food quality.
